Deposits are non-refundable. However, if canceled more than 60 days before the travel date, you can transfer it to another date or trip.

If canceled less than 60 days before the trip, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. For the balance amount, the below cancellation fee will be applicable:

60- 31 days prior to arrival, you will pay 40% of the tour

30- 07 days prior to arrival, you will pay 75% of the tour

6 days- less than 72 hours of arrival or no show, 100% NO Refund

• ***Initial Deposits and subsequent payments are Non-Refundable*** Payments may possibly be transferred to a newly booked guest on a case-by-case basis and for a transfer fee. If there is no new guest to take your space, no funds can be refunded as we will still be contractually responsible for paying all fees to the hotel and vendors.

• IDENTIFICATION: Guests are required to make reservations in the full name that is listed on his/her government document they will use for travel. If you need to make any changes to a name after travel documents have been issued, clients will be responsible for all name change fees, if applicable.

• PASSPORTS AND VISAS: Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes.

• Please make your reservations asap to be locked in. Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Itinerary subject to change without notice. Tours may be substituted for similar tours due to weather etc.

• Hotel subject to change without notice. May be substituted for a similar hotel if necessary.

• You must have your roommate identified before booking. You may book at separate times, but you must have a roommate's name to book Double Occupancy rates. If you'd like for me to connect you with a Roommate, enter "Roommate Needed" at booking and I will try my best to connect you with a roommate.

• Hotel Accommodations: All rooms requested are standard twin-bedded (two single beds) rooms with private facilities unless you have specifically requested a king/double size bed. Please understand although we will make a bed type request on your behalf, bed types are subject to availability. Room selection in all cases is strictly at the discretion of the hotel's management on a run-of-house basis. Some single rooms are smaller than a standard room size. The number of persons accommodated does not dictate the room size. Although available at most 4- and 5-star hotels, use of air-conditioning abroad differs greatly from the United States. Air-conditioning is often shut down at night and from the end until the start of the summer months. Hotel check-in time is generally not before 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is prior to noon. Please be sure that adequate arrangements for accommodations have been taken into consideration when a late-night flight is being used. We reserve the right to make substitutions with hotels of equal standard. There will be no refunds for any difference in the cost of those accommodations.

• If you choose our payment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments. Any account 60 days or more past due will be canceled if there is no communication.

• PRICES: All prices listed are per person based upon shared twin room occupancy unless otherwise clearly specified. Prices do not include items of a personal nature, such as laundry, wines, water, beverages, food (other than at all-inclusive resorts or where clearly specified), passport and visa fees, insurance, and foreign port taxes unless specifically indicated in the package inclusions. Prices are correct at the time of publication; however, as airfares continually fluctuate and classes of service may have limited capacity, tour package prices and availability will change accordingly. In case of human or computer error, CD Confidence Travel reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service. A full refund will be made to passengers who choose not to pay an increase, provided CD Confidence Travel receives a written cancellation within five days of the price increase notification.

• PHOTOGRAPHIC RELEASE: CD Confidence Travel may take photographs or video of its trips and trip participants grant CD Confidence Travel permission to do so and for it to use same for promotional or commercial use without payment of any compensation to participant.

• If the destination changes their vaccination or Covid policies that is not a justifiable cause for cancellation. We are not responsible for changes due to COVID and our contract with the vendors and suppliers will still be valid. It is HIGHLY encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover such situations.

• TRAVEL INSURANCE: Although optional, CD Confidence Travel highly recommend you protect your trip and purchase travel insurance. You can add travel protection insurance on your own at www. Allianz.com or Google "Travel Insurance" to select a company that you are comfortable with.

• TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION: You are responsible for verifying that you have appropriate travel documentation and that you meet all travel requirements (i.e passports, IDs, Visas, Vaccines etc). We are not responsible for any cancellations, delays or issues as a result of your travel documents or failure to meet requirements.

• Group Harmony: To ensure the desired group synergy, CD Confidence Travel reserves the right to accept, reject or expel any individual who is deemed disruptive or incompatible with the interests of the group, including, but not limited to, individuals who are intoxicated and/or under the influence of drugs leading to a negative experience for the remainder of the group. Expenses, including cancellation fees and/or costs for alternate travel plans or to return home, will necessarily be borne by the passenger. All unused services are non-refundable.

• Passport: A passport for Dubai is required and must be six months beyond the date of entry. 12-page emergency passports not accepted. One page is required for entry stamp

• Tourist Visa: Not required for stays under 30 days

• Vaccinations: None required

• Flights to Dubai are not included. You are responsible for purchasing your flights to and from Dubai.

• Ground transportation will be provided upon arrival from the Dubai Airport to hotel and from hotel to Dubai Airport, to include all land excursions.

• Airport Code: DXB (Dubai International Airport)

• Check in is at 3pm (early check in will be requested but not guaranteed).

• Obtaining third-party travel insurance is highly suggested (Allianz, Seven Corners, etc).

• Flexible payment options available.

• Tips, gratuities and items of a personal nature are not included in package pricing.
